Kate Horvat’s work explores belief, chance, desire, and expectation in American culture. Her works have been shown internationally, and she was the recipient of the Women’s Studio Workshop Artist’s Book Residency Grant in 2019. Horvat received her B.F.A. from Northwest Missouri State University in 2012 and her M.F.A. from Arizona State University in 2016. She is the Art Program Director and Instructor of Art at the University of Saint Mary in Leavenworth, Kansas.
